We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from user research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to optimize user experiences across web and mobile platforms, conducting usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides, component libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency across all products and facilitate efficient development
- Analyze user behavior data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear rationale for design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design culture, staying current with UX trends and best practices while advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle, ProtoPie)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile development processes

Key Responsibilities
