We built a smart digital platform for Classic Group, one of Dubai’s top 5 limousine companies, enhancing their fleet operations, scheduling, and customer service across all 7 Emirates.

Classic Group of Companies, established in 2006 and headquartered in Dubai, operates across all 7 Emirates with additional branches in Abu Dhabi and JAFZA. As one of the region’s top limousine service providers, the company caters to VIP clients, corporate fleets, and premium logistics—requiring seamless digital infrastructure to manage their high-volume, high-expectation operations.

Classic Group’s rapid expansion across the Emirates brought a set of complex operational challenges—manual fleet assignments, scattered booking systems, limited real-time tracking, and inefficient driver coordination. The absence of a centralized system resulted in delayed responses, underutilized resources, and inconsistent customer experiences.
Kodbay developed a powerful all-in-one digital platform integrating booking, dispatch, driver management, and customer communication. The solution enabled real-time fleet tracking, automated trip assignment, and a centralized control system to streamline operations across locations.
We began with discovery sessions involving Classic Group’s stakeholders to identify critical workflow gaps. Using agile methodology, we prioritized features in sprints and involved the operations team in regular reviews. This ensured the system evolved in alignment with ground-level realities while delivering fast, iterative improvements.
Classic Group’s brand is synonymous with luxury, punctuality, and confidentiality. We maintained a premium aesthetic and intuitive UX that aligned with their commitment to high-end service. The interface was customized to support English and Arabic, with seamless navigation and visual cues for efficiency

The platform was designed for two core user groups:
1. Internal operations –dispatchers, driver managers, and admin staff
2. External clients –including VIP travelers, corporate accounts, and executive transportation services across Dubai and other Emirates
A dual-interface mobile app was built for both clients and drivers:
-For Drivers:Accept or decline jobs, navigate optimized routes, update trip status, and access shift schedules
-For Clients: Book rides, track drivers, receive real-time notifications, and rate service performance
A clean, enterprise-grade UI with intuitive workflows was key. We used iconography, clear navigation paths, and a dark/light theme toggle. All elements were optimized for quick access under real-world conditions—whether on desktop dispatch centers or drivers’ mobile devices.
